These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Travelon Today website and your booking of any tour or service with us. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you have agreed to the tour details and price and paid the required advance. We will share the itinerary, inclusions and price before confirmation, so you know exactly what to expect. It is your responsibility to provide correct traveller details and contact information.

Payments

An advance payment is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable as agreed before or at the start of the tour. We accept cash, bank transfer and mobile payment methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Our Transport

We operate our own fleet of air-conditioned buses. In rare cases, due to maintenance or operational needs, we may arrange an equivalent vehicle of a similar standard to ensure your tour goes ahead smoothly.

Pricing and Fuel

Tour prices are based on costs at the time of quoting. Significant changes in fuel prices, taxes or other costs beyond our control may affect the final price, which we will always communicate to you clearly before you confirm.

Itinerary Changes

Travel in the northern areas depends on weather and road conditions. For your safety, we may adjust routes, timings or stops when necessary due to:

  • Weather conditions such as snow, rain or landslides
  • Road closures, blockages or security advisories
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We always aim to deliver the full experience and will offer suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry a valid CNIC or ID and any required travel documents
  • Arrive on time at the agreed pickup point in Lahore or Islamabad
  • Follow the guidance of our team and drivers for your safety
  • Respect local customs, communities and the environment
  • Take care of your own personal belongings during the trip

Conduct

We want every traveller to enjoy their trip. Any behaviour that endangers safety, disturbs other travellers or breaks local laws may result in a traveller being asked to leave the tour, without a refund.

Liability

We take great care in arranging safe, comfortable tours. However, we are not responsible for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, third-party services or personal negligence. Travellers are advised to look after their own health, safety and belongings.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, road or area closures, strikes, or government restrictions.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
