Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when you book a tour with Travelon Today. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

Booking Advance

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This advance secures your seats, transport and hotel reservations, which we arrange in advance on your behalf.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible in writing (WhatsApp or email). The refund you receive depends on how many days before departure you cancel:

  • Notice Before Departure
  • Refund
  • 15 days or more
  • Full refund of advance*
  • 7 to 14 days
  • 50% of advance*
  • Less than 7 days
  • No refund of advance*

*These figures are our standard terms. Adjust the day ranges and percentages to match your final policy before publishing.

No-Show

If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time and have not informed us, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to reasons such as extreme weather, road closures, security advisories or not meeting the minimum group size. If we cancel a tour, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date or destination of equal value, or
  • A full refund of the amount you have paid

Weather and Road Conditions

Travel in the northern areas can be affected by weather and road conditions beyond our control. If a tour is disrupted after it has started, we will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives. Costs already spent on transport, hotels and services may not be refundable in these cases.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account. Refunds are usually completed within a reasonable number of working days after approval. Any bank or transfer charges may be deducted where applicable.
